President Barack Obama has taken a lot of heat for referring to Americans as often arrogant when dealing with the world. While the appropriateness and truthfulness of that comment is up for debate, there should be little debate that nothing is more arrogant than assuming you can play God, which is exactly what the Obama Administration’s science adviser is considering.
