It’s Called Independence Day
One of the things you may notice is that I *try* to refrain from calling today the Fourth of July. Today is the Fourth of July, but that label doesn’t do justice to the history or importance of this day.

What a wonderful day. Independence Day. A day where great men before us took the brave course to stand against their government and formally declare this land and its people free.

Eight Republicans to Actively Campaign Against
Eight Republicans voted for passage of the Cap & TAX bill yesterday in the House of Representatives. With a 300 page amendment added around 3AM in the morning, there is no way these clowns or anyone else in the House even read the bill.
