We said it would come down to this and its happened before… the only reason the polls are even close is that Americans are racist. At least according to the warped mind of CNN’s Jack Cafferty.
The differences between Barack Obama and John McCain couldn’t be more well-defined. Obama wants to change Washington. McCain is a part of Washington and a part of the Bush legacy. Yet the polls remain close. Doesn’t make sense…unless it’s race.
John McCain is hardly Bush 2.0, regardless of what Cafferty or the rest of the leftists now want you to believe. But Cafferty is right about one thing, Barack Obama does want to change Washington. He wants to make it massively bigger and replace our democratic republic with a socialist one. But no, we can’t possibly disagree with Obama on the issues, we’re just racist.
Please.
Apparently Cafferty got his talking points from the same place as Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius. Joe Biden got in on the act earlier this week as well, telling a crowd in Charlotte to elect Barack Obama because electing a black man would be a “transformative event”, and “that all by itself [would] be significant”.
Mr Cafferty, Ms. Sebelius, Mr. Biden, et all… we are not supporting a man because of the color of his skin (or lack thereof), we are rightfully judging him on the issues, and in large part, the content of his character. Of course Obama has no character nor is he right on virtually any of the issues. Thus, we have a problem.
From infanticide, to his terrorist ties, negotiating against American interests, lying about his background, wanting to raise the death tax to around 50%, desiring to sit down without preconditions with terrorist regimes, etc… pretty much every issue of importance is above Barack Obama’s pay grade.
Its not about his color, its about judgment. And Barack Obama has none.
