North Carolinians: Call Today, Protest Tomorrow.

We’ve seen Senator Burr’s response regarding Cap & Trade, but what about Kay Hagan?  North Carolinians need to know where she stands too.  I e-mailed Senator Hagan’s office last week about Cap & Trade, specifically asking for her thoughts and how she was planning to vote.  Yesterday I received a response saying she’s too busy to respond.

Surely her office has received a number of inquiries about Cap & Trade, so why couldn’t they regurgitate the same form letter to everyone asking similar questions?  Maybe she doesn’t want to tell us how she will vote, or maybe her silence is all the information we need.

Call Senator Hagan’s.  E-Mail her.  Fax her.  Let her know every way possible that Cap & Trade will be another critical blow to the already struggling economy in North Carolina and our nation.  Stand up against greater government interference and control over our lives.

Join North Carolina Freedom and patriots from around our state in a counter protest outside of Kay Hagan’s offices in Raleigh and Greensboro.  Cap & Trade and Health Care legislation are two crucial issues that are being worked on in the halls of Congress right now.  Kay Hagan’s vote on both of these issues will be critical.  If you oppose the continued march of massive government expansion and control, the rampant deficit spending and the loss of personal liberty, please make sure Senator Hagan knows where you stand.

My Fellow Patriots,

I have heard many people over the past few months talking about wanting to DO something beyond just complaining – well folks, here is your chance.

This Thursday, MoveOn.org, a very liberal organization, is mobilizing their supporters at a rally at the district offices of Senator Kay Hagan. Their goal is to “continue the momentum” of a government gone out of control, “continue the momentum” of spending us into slavery, and to convince the Senator that they represent the patriots of the United States in supporting the upcoming socialist/fascist healthcare programs.

We know better – we know they do not represent US, rather WE Surround Them!  It is time to stand up and not just slow their momentum, but stop it altogether!  It’s time for the misguided leftists at MoveOn to, well, move on.

Senator Hagan is an important target, as she sits on the Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee, and she is on the fence in her support of a government takeover of the healthcare industry.  That is why we MUST have sufficient numbers to prove to the media (because you KNOW they will be there covering their friends on the left), that they do not control us.  We MUST have a presence that will firmly remind our elected officials whom they serve, and that the likes of MoveOn and their ilk DO NOT represent the majority in our great nation.

We will not allow this tiny, insignificant minority to sway the fence-sitting Senator on the matter.  It is time for the power and influence of the liberals and their monopoly of our media to be broken, and for America to see that the Tea Party Patriots are united.

Since there are MoveOn events planned for both Greensboro and Raleigh, it is important we counter each event in force, in BOTH locations, otherwise the media will just use film from whichever spot they out number us, making the liberal case appear stronger than it is.

Ideally, we need to have numbers sufficient to encircle their entire group, and prove that “We Surround Them”.

It is time to get out on the streets and confront them face to face.
Thursday is as good a day as any to get started. This is the perfect group to start with.
