A friend in Pennsylvania sent me this video. She didn’t say she agreed or disagreed with any of it. Her only response was “WOW, speechless…”

I don’t agree with Dr. Manning about much in this video, I certainly don’t support violence, and I don’t think this is a “white people” issue. But he is right about one thing. People are tired and they are rising up. Not just white people… all people.
People of all races and political persuasions are tired of the lies. They are tired of the spending. They are tired of the racist flames being stoked in order to prop-up false political alliances and distract from the real issues. They are tired of what is no less than the hijacking of our nation. They were tired under President Bush and TARP… they are becoming increasingly tired now. From “We the People” we are becoming “We the Oppressed” with an overbearing government seizing more and more control over our daily lives.
People are tired, and they aren’t going to take much more.
Multiple individuals have e-mailed me recently to call me and other health care protesters racist. They don’t want to hear our reasons for opposing ObamaCare. They don’t want to have a civil debate. They just assume that the opposition to government health care and other socialist policies are derived out of some sinister desire to (as one e-mail put it) see “the black man fail”. I want Barack Obama’s policies to fail not because of the color of his skin, but the content of his plans. I want him to fail because I want ALL Americans to have the opportunity to succeed. Success is colorblind, yet these detractors clearly are not.
But I don’t completely blame the lemmings making these attacks. They are so enamored with President Barack Obama, that they follow his every lead. He stoked the racial flames throughout the campaign, and did so most recently regarding Professor Gates in Cambridge. He is our President and their Messiah… when he says jump… the readily comply. And when President Obama said the opposition doesn’t need to do any talking… they are trying to answer his call and shut us up.
The SEIU is answering his call. In a coordinated effort, SEIU union thugs are showing up at Town Hall meetings trying to quiet dissent, in some examples using racial slurs and violence to silence critics. The “angry mob” of opposition might be vocal, but they have been peaceful. It is the friends of the administration who turned nasty and violent. And it doesn’t stop there.
Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer have also answered President Obama’s call to try and silence the opposition. In an Op-Ed this morning, they called opponents of ObamaCare “un-American“. Just recently, Speaker of the House Pelosi also called dissenters “astroturf” and said they were carrying swastikas. At the ObamaCare protests I’ve attended, I’ve seen tons of American flags, heard quite a few anthems sung, but not once have I seen anyone wearing or carrying a swastika. But the truth doesn’t matter to Madam Pelosi, she’s just trying to scare people away from joining the protest crowds. Like our President, the SEIU and a few commenters on this blog, she is trying to shut us up, and she will say or do whatever she can to achieve her goals.
The White House has even gone so far as to ask citizens to turn in their neighbors and snitch on anyone who disagrees with the administration’s talking points on ObamaCare (e-mail: flag@whitehouse.gov if you want to turn me in). And a father who spoke up at Representative Dingell’s Town Hall meeting has received late night threats from ObamaCare supporters.
It’s not the right turning up the heat. The danger is coming from the left and the violence is being ratcheted up in Obama’s name.
I don’t know if a government can be overthrown peacefully, but if this stuff doesn’t stop, we may just find out. The media and mega-corporations might think they control debate in this country. The government might think they control the American people. But all of them might quickly discover that the power they have been granted by the American people can just as easily be taken away.
A punching bag can take only so much abuse. The sleeping giant is waking. It is tired, it is cranky, and its not going to take much more.
I AGREE wholeheartedly with everything you have said. I have never characterized myself as revolutionary in anything, but I am rapidly approaching it because I am thoroughly disgusted with what I am seeing and hearing in Washington, DC.

Pelosi and her moron side kick don’t realize that the people they call “un-American” don’t take too kindly to the accusation.
I am a retired Army combat infantryman. I think I paid my dues. She sure as hell hasn’t done anything that I can recall that gives her the right to call me un-American.
The only Nazis I’ve seen have been in the Democrat party and their extreme nutroots.
I spent 20 years willing to die for my country. What makes these morons think that after 20 I am no longer willing to do so? They are stoking the wrong fire with this kind of crap.
