Jimmy Carter is at it again. This time he’s not making Anti-Semitic comments and supporting terrorist suicide bombers. No, now he’s joined the likes of Mauren Dowd, Representative Hank Johnson and the rest of the unhinged liberal lunatics by calling opponents of Barack Obama racists.
I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he’s African-American.
I’m amazed how far a man can fall. Only in America can a Peanut Farmer and Baptist Minister become President of the United States. Only in America can that same President of the United States become an international joke and unhinged lunatic who is only let out of his rubber room on weekends (ok, maybe that happens in Venezuela too… but that’s the current President not a previous one). Jimmy Carter doesn’t deserve a podium or any reverence, he deserves a straight jacket and lots and lots of medication.
The left doesn’t call opposition of the President “racist” because they believe its so. They do it out of desperation. The President’s poll numbers are dropping. Support for Obama’s takeover of the health care industry is falling. Support of Democrats in Congress has tanked. They are currently losing on every issue, so in an effort to change the subject they throw the race card around. It may have worked to get the media behind Obama, and might have worked to earn him some votes in November… but the value of the race card is fading fast. Every time they pull it from the deck it loses effectiveness and soon it will fall completely on deaf ears. Eventually the party that continues to cry wolf will have no one listening but themselves.
There are a million reasons why I oppose President Obama and not one of them has to do with his race. I can’t stand Jimmy Carter either, and he’s a southern white male just like I am.

I agree with this statement 100% however, I must say that Carter’s lunatic assertions and opinions are the gifts that keeps on giving. Let him speak and please give him a bigger mike so more can hear and see what the Left is made of.
