What did Eric Holder do with the most egregious case of voter intimidation and recent history? After the DOJ won the case, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice dropped the case and the charges.
We’ve covered Eric Holder’s racism before. And we’ve covered Eric Holder placating illegal immigrants against the will of the citizens of Arizona even though he admitted being ignorant to the law. Now we have J. Christian Adams, a DOJ attorney who resigned because Eric Holder’s Department of Justice chose to cover up this blatant voter intimidation case, siding with the New Black Panthers over the voting public.
Let’s recap what happened here. On the day of the 2008 Presidential Election, in one Pennsylvania polling location, a group of uniformed New Black Panthers stood outside, threatened and intimidated voters. One man brandished a night stick and witnesses claim they were taunted, called “cracker,” blocked from entering to vote, and worse. Even Democrats have called this a clear-cut case of voter intimidation, yet Eric Holder’s DOJ dropped the case due to their own racial preferences.
If Eric Holder is incapable of performing his duties without the influence of his own racial politics, he needs to resign. Had the reverse happened and a group of racist white guys tried to stop people from voting for Obama, the Department of Justice would have rightfully pursued them with the full force of the law. It shouldn’t be any different because the perpetrators are black.
