Two of Barack Obama’s recent appoints include a socialist one-world government type to lead the Administration’s agenda on climate change and a tax cheat to head the Federal Treasury and IRS.
Is this the kind of change we were promised? Who knows. But the more I hear liberal talking heads like Mary Marsh talk about it, the more incensed I become. Mary Marsh was on with Shepard Smith this afternoon saying that this is nothing but “gotcha politics” and that we need to accept the tax-cheat Geithner for the Treasury Secretary’s post because we can’t afford to be without someone in that crucial position at this crucial time. Here’s a clue Mary… if there is a problem with the appointment its not Republicans fault… maybe the President-Elect could actually appoint someone to run the Treasury and oversee the Internal Revenue Service who didn’t dodge his own taxes.
As for the socialist climate czar… is anyone really surprised? When many of us questioned whether Barack Obama was a socialist before the election… the media and others accused us of making unwarranted political attacks or even being racists. Yet Obama hasn’t even been sworn in yet and here we are facing his first powerful socialist appointment. That’s what we need… someone not accountable to the Senate confirmation process who believes in socialist ideals, making policies that will effect all of our lives to stop global warming… a hoax that scientists can’t even agree exists.
Tax Cheats and Socialists. Its certainly change, but its not something I can believe in. Although if the guy overseeing the IRS can miss paying his taxes, doesn’t that give the rest of us a Get Out Of Jail Free Card?

Great post! Obama let slip enough during his campaign for anyone paying attention to know what he really was. None of those who voted for him should be surprised, in fact I think that as long as they receive their promised tax cuts they will be none the wiser. I just pray that his Presidency doesn’t spur on our economic downfall, though his actions so far have not sparked any hope here.
BTW global warming certainly doesn’t apply in Wisconsin. We are are record cold temps and snowfall. We are breaking records that have been held since 1887. In fact, there are now experts saying we are going into the next Ice Age. When will the insanity stop?
